3. Orders, Payment & Account
All orders placed through the Services are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit orders, including those placed using inaccurate information or suspected fraud.
Payment is required at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship frozen, perishable items using insulated packaging. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to food safety regulations, all frozen and perishable products are final sale and cannot be returned.
We will replace affected items or issue store credit when products arrive:
- Damaged,
- Thawed or warm,
- Incorrect, or
- Otherwise compromised.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with required photo documentation.

6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. You may modify or cancel your subscription prior to your next billing date.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including trademarks, product descriptions, recipes, packaging, images, text, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Ancestral Fuel Bone Broth or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our written permission.
