Our Commitment To Premium Quality, Small-Batch Craftsmanship
At Ancestral Fuel, every batch of broth is crafted in small quantities with premium ingredients and immediately frozen to lock in freshness and nutritional integrity. Because of this commitment to quality, all frozen products are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to federal food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns, regardless of condition.
If Something Isn’t Correct, We’ll Work To Make It Right
Customers may request a replacement or credit only if:
- Items arrive damaged or unsafe to consume
- Items arrive fully thawed or warm
- Incorrect items were shipped
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photo documentation of:
- The product condition
- The exterior & interior of the shipping box
- Packing materials and gel packs
- The order number and a brief note about the issue
Protecting The Integrity Of Our Product
Because our broth is handmade in small batches and shipped frozen, we are unable to offer refunds in cases where:
- An incorrect address was entered
- Packages were left outside after delivery
- Delivery was refused or not picked up
- Customer preference or taste concerns
Our Packaging
We use insulated liners, gel packs, and rapid-freeze timing designed to maintain safe temperatures for 24–48 hours in transit. Some surface thawing is normal, but your broth should still feel cold when it arrives. If items are cold to the touch, they are considered safe.

Non-Eligible Circumstances
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer
- Customer not being available to receive the package
- Packages left outside after delivery
- Refusal of delivery
- Delays caused by FedEx/UPS/USPS beyond our control
- Taste or personal preference issues
