SHIPPING TIMELINE

We carefully prepare and ship all orders within 5 to 10 business days, often sooner. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Occasionally, we may be able to ship on Thursdays for Saturday arrival.

All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Each shipment is packed in a custom insulated box with ice packs and liners designed to maintain a safe temperature of 40°F or below for up to 24 hours during transit.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping timelines may be extended. Please place your order early to ensure timely delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

We ship all orders directly from our production facility in San Diego, CA, to California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Utah and New Mexico.

Tracking information and shipping confirmations will be emailed to you upon order shipment and delivery. Due to the perishability of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Our shipping fees for the Southwest United States are the following:
