At Ancestral Fuel, we ship our small-batch, perishable frozen products with great care to ensure they arrive cold, safe, and ready for your freezer.

Shipping Timeline

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after purchase.

We ship on Monday – Wednesday to protect product freshness. When available, Thursday shipments may be used for weekend arrival, depending on proximity to 'ship from' location and delivery method available.

Transit times may vary based on the shipping method, but our packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

During holidays or peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Packaging & Temperature Control

Every order is packed in an insulated box with liners and frozen gel packs designed to keep products frozen and cold to the touch for up to 48 hours.

Some surface thawing is normal; products are considered safe if they remain cold upon arrival. Please retrieve and freeze items immediately after delivery.

Damaged or Compromised Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, warm, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the box and contents
• Photos of the affected items
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We will review for eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final and cannot be returned.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Fees

A flat $20 USD shipping fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
